Faith B. Smith

Founder/Owner

Faith B. Smith, affectionately known as “Faith B”, was born in South Carolina, but she grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. After graduating from Jean Ribault High School in 1981, Faith furthered her education at DeVry Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA. Everything in her life was created with potential, and she has continuously tapped into that potential with much determination and inner strength.

Ms. Smith is a multifaceted professional with a rich background spanning over decades. As a licensed Barber (1996), Life Insurance Agent and Preneed Counselor (2001), Minister of the Gospel (2005), and Certified PRN Chaplain (2007), Faith's diverse experience has equipped her with a unique understanding of life's complexities. After serving as a Chaplain for 7 years in a level one trauma center, this led to the creation of End Of Life Affairs (EOLA), her heart’s desire is to educate and enlighten people about the importance of pre-arranging personal affairs before that time comes, to prevent operating in “crisis mode” when life issues arise. She is dedicated to being the go-to person for effortless and comfortable conversations about End-of-Life preparation, guiding individuals and families through the process with empathy and expertise. Her years of experience, and her vast array of connections, will help ensure that your remembrance is as memorable as you were.

Faith B. Smith is your End Of Life Affairs Specialist to handle these situations!
